Overview
At ManabuDen, our primary mission is to connect you with the tools you need to learn Japanese. We are proud of our work and hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes things happen or circumstances change, and for that we are happy to provide a hassle free 60 Day Return and Refund Policy so you can have peace of mind.
Digital Goods
If the product does not meet your expectations, you have 60 days from the purchase date to obtain a refund for product downloads, and all other digital media. For these products we just ask that you delete them from your device.
If you have purchased a subscription you may cancel anytime and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. We understand that sometimes purchases happen accidentally, so if you would like to have your initial subscription refunded, please email contact@manabuden.com and we will sort it out for you on a case by case basis.
Physical Goods
Sometimes items travelling from afar can arrive with their packaging a little squished, but be sure to check the product first before making a decision to ask for a return.
If the product is damaged, contact us and attach a photo highlighting the damaged area and we will guide you through our simple process to make things right. We want you to be happy and your needs are important to us, so do not hesitate to contact us.
If the goods aren’t damaged, but you’d still like to return them for any reason, it’s not a problem at all. Please contact us explaining why you are returning the product and we will provide instructions for how you can return the product to us for a refund.
